Lithuanian Government Scholarship 2024-25
The Lithuania Government Scholarship 2024–2025 is a
scholarship program offered by the Lithuanian government to foreign students,
covering full-time master’s degree programs as well as short-term studies like
1 or 2 semesters in Lithuanian universities. The award of scholarships covers
the full tuition fee and cost of living. Lithuania is a country in Europe with

Awards of scholarship for the Lithuanian Studies short
term:
- Applications for Lithuanian short-term studies in 2024–2025
will continue to be collected till on April 15, 2024.
- Up to 45 scholarships will be awarded.
- All countries are eligible.
- Scholarship category: Brief (one or two semesters)
Lithuanian studies include an aggregate of half of the disciplines covered.
- To be considered suitable, applicants need to
choose a study program where at least half of the courses are relevant to
Lithuanian studies.
- Examples of such courses include literature, linguistics,
ethnology, folklore, and Lithuanian philology.
Financial rewards:
International students can apply for state scholarships in
Lithuania in any field. The scholarship includes:

A monthly award of 825 EUR will be awarded to each candidate
to help with living expenses.
Additionally, students can apply for scholarships funded by
the majority of Lithuanian universities.

Part-time work is an option for international students to
help with other costs. Up to 40 hours of work each week are permitted for them.

issue a formal Conditional Agreement approving the candidate’s admission.
How Do You Apply for a Government Scholarship in Lithuania?
The online application system must be
used to submit both the application and the supporting documentation. You must
apply for both a Temporary Resident Permit and a National Visa (D) as a
non-European. Before travelling to Lithuania, you need to apply for a
