Notarized copy of highest diploma or degree certificate. Those students who are currently enrolled or don’t have an original degree must submit official proof of student status. You can upload a Provisional certificate as proof of student. If your documents are not in English or Chinese then you have to attach a notarized translation in English or Chinese.

Transcripts (from undergraduate to onwards). If you are in the last semester and graduate soon then from the first to last semester results card. Result cards shall be issued and sealed by the university. Don’t upload student portal screenshots. They can be in English or Chinese and must be notarized. If your documents are not in English or Chinese then you have to attach a notarized translation in English or Chinese.

A brief Study plan/research proposal. A study plan written in English or Chinese and should be more than 1000 words. Your proposal should be focused and brief with academic background, research field description, and the future research plan.
