How to apply for China University of Geoscience Beijing 2024-25
The China University of Geosciences (Beijing) is a public
university situated in Beijing, China. It is connected to the Ministry of
Education and partially supported by the Ministries of Natural Resources and
Education. The university is working on Double First-Class Construction and
Project 211. (see how students can secure admission with a low GPA). Though these two universities had a similar past until 2005,
the China Universities of Geosciences (Beijing) and Wuhan are regarded as
distinct legal and administrative organizations.
Apart from having distinct
legal entity registration, admissions processes, finance systems, Internet
domains, and logos, CUG Beijing and CUG Wuhan also have different

Admission Guidelines:
International students are welcome to enrol at CUGB for
doctorate, master’s, undergraduate, Chinese language, advanced, and general
programs. University take Beijing Municipal Scholarships and Chinese Government Scholarships for overseas students.
Application Deadlines:
Chinese Government scholarship: 15 March 2024
Self-funded: 30 June 2024
Recommended: Romania Government Scholarship 2024

Eligibility to apply
- Foreigner Students physically and mentally fit to pursue
their education in China
- Applicants also meet the age requirements
- As per requirement
- The maximum age for Undergraduate students is 30 years
- The maximum age for Graduate students is 35 years
- And age limit for doctoral students is 40 years
- Applicants should have an equivalent to a Chinese degree to get
admission.
- To enrol in Chinese taught program applicant must have a minimum
HSK-4
- For a major In English program, you can apply with a Proficiency
certificate.

- An application form
- Highest Degree (Notarize copy)
- Highest Degree Transcript (Notarize copy)
- Study plan/research proposal to study in China
- A valid photo Copy of the Applicants passport
- Health certificate
- A valid HSK certificate
- Non-criminal record certificate
- A photocopy of emergency contact (it can be a passport or
any other official I.D)
- After enrollment, you need to submit 10 two-inch photos with a blue background.
- Acceptance letter (check the Program details if required)
- CD for Art students
