3. Two Recommendation Letters

degree (notarized copy)

6. Photocopy of the Physical
Examination Form

7. Study plan, proposal More
than 1000 words must be included in a study plan written in either Chinese or
English; a doctoral student’s Chinese supervisor must sign the applicant’s
proposal.
