Medical University was Dongnan Medical College
that was established in 1926 in Shanghai. It was moved to Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province, and at the
end of 1949, this college moved to Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province,
in
1952, the name changed from Dongnan Medical College to Anhui Medical College. In
June 1996, and approved by the National Committee on Education, and later on Anhui
Medical College was renamed as Anhui Medical University.

- The age limit for a bachelor is 30 years, for a Master’s is 35 years, and for a PhD degree
is 40 Years
